Description

CoreBlock CM5 combines a Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5, programmable DUT power, electrical measurements, and test interfaces in one compact Hardblocks module.

It runs Linux and HardPy, controls programmers and external instruments, powers the DUT from 1.25 to 32 V, and measures voltage, current, microcurrent, and resistance. Additional Hardblocks can be connected when the test system needs more switching, loads, or I/O.
